WAYS TO CREATE CHANGE
Early learning begins at birth, and all children need qualified caregivers to nurture their growth and development. There are many organizations committed to ensuring hardworking educators are paid a thriving wage that reflects the hard work and qualifications they bring to the children, families, and economic communities they serve each day. See below to learn more about how you can support these educators.

NATIONAL
This election will decide the future of child care in our country. We can either elect people who fight for child care, who will stand up for thriving wages for child care workers, affordable care for families, and a system rooted in racial and gender justice, or elect people who will continue to leave the burden of fixing our broken child care system on the backs of working families. Voting together, we have the power to fix the childcare system. Will you join us? Sign the pledge and become a childcare voter.
